My mission is for more men to join the movement for gender equality and equity.
I believe men are ready to take meaningful steps but may feel unsure of where or how to start. I aim to provide clarity, encouragement, and practical ways for men to get involved and make a difference.
By challenging the norms of traditional masculinity and highlighting things like the invisible labour and the mental load most women take on, I aim to make it easier for men to contribute to a more equal world—not just for women, but for all of us.
